Are the artworks available as prints?
All the artworks at Amal Rakibi Gallery are original artworks; they are not reproduced. In the case of limited editions (photographs, lithography, sculptures etc.), there are numbered and signed, and further editions are not published by the artist.
Is a certificate of authenticity provided?
All artworks for sale on Amal Rakibi Gallery come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist. Furthermore, all editions (photographs, lithography, sculptures etc.) are numbered and signed by the artist.
Are all the works on Amal Rakibi Gallery available for purchase?
Not always, as sometimes they have already been sold! If the work has been sold, this is mentioned on the artwork page. If you are unable to find another work that you love, do not hesitate to get in touch as we can suggest other works by our artists who are not yet online.
Is framing available for all works?
Absolutely. Sometimes the artist has already chosen a frame, which we can send you a photo of. If the work is not framed, when you make a purchase, you can let us know that you want the work framed. We will make sure we find the perfect frame for you.
Who is responsible for the cost of framing?
When the artwork is already framed, then the frame is a part of the work and therefore included in the price. Sometimes, the Gallery and the artist agreed on the fact that the artwork is better enhance raw and unframed. If you still want to frame it, Amal Rakibi Gallery offers framing at extra cost. We always ensure that the cost of the frame is within your budget.
Do I have to pay for the Art Advisory service?
Not at all - it is a key part of our mission, and we love to do it! When possible, we can even come to your place to help you find the best spot for your acquisition. By buying an artwork from Amal Rakibi Gallery, you become part of Amal Rakibi Art Community. The Community mission is to share knowledge, organise Meet & Greek around the globe and private events with the artists at their studio - as often as we can.
Is the image on the site an accurate representation of the artwork?
Absolutely! Very often we add a “real life” situation image, to give you an idea of the proportions and the colors. We can send you additional images on request. If the artwork you ordered is not what you expected, we are incredibly sorry. You have 14 days to return the work after its delivery. Feel free to look at our client feedback. They often tell us that the work is even more beautiful in real life!
What are the accepted methods of payment?

What happens once the payment has been processed?
Once the payment has been processed, the artwork is yours! We will call you right away to confirm its localisation and delivery times. Together we will arrange the best day for delivery to the address you provided.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course. Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it's been shipped, the cancellation period begins 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned to the Gallery in its original condition.
How does the refund work?
You will be refunded after the work has been returned to the gallery.

How are the artworks packaged?
The works are packaged by the Gallery or the artist and follow a standardised packaging process. We make sure the work is properly protected.
How long does delivery take?
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes 7 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the artist's availability, potential framing of a work and the distance between the location of the artwork and your home. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated.
Who takes care of the delivery?
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as DHL or FEDEX, or specialist art delivery companies.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver everywhere! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery – no matter where you live. Being global is part of our DNA!
The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?
Our goal is of course to make sure that you have the best experience with Amal Rakibi Gallery, but we never know what might happen. Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will decide together. Amal Rakibi Gallery covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.
Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Absolutely! Amal Rakibi Gallery organises and insures the transport of the artwork.
